Everything in moderation..

This morning I had a half a donut and water for breakfast.

Yes donuts are bad but a half of one will not kill you.

Considering my job I walk a lot and play soccer some days I think im ok to eat half a donut.

For lunch I brought pretzels and a pb&j and of course water.

I have not drank soda in 3 1/2 years!!!  Same with McDonalds 3 1/2 years without it.

Today…..

I had a muffin for breakfast because we had no bananas…

I skipped lunch :/

Had Chick-Fil-A for dinner because the boyfriend treated

Wish I would have done better… Considering I did walk a lot today and did a lot of other cardio
